At Thrift Bazar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell curated secondhand items, our return and refund policy differs slightly from traditional retail stores.

1. All Sales Are Final

Generally, all sales are considered final. We take great care to accurately photograph and describe the condition, size, and measurements of each item. Minor wear and tear is expected with pre-loved clothing and will not be considered a defect.

2. Exceptions for Refunds/Returns

We will only offer a return or refund under the following circumstances:

  • Significant Undisclosed Flaws: If an item arrives with a major flaw (e.g., large stains, severe tears, broken zippers) that was not mentioned in the product description or visible in the photos.
  • Incorrect Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered.

3. How to Request a Refund

If your order meets the exception criteria above, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the incorrect item or the undisclosed flaw.

Once we review your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item. The item must be returned in its original condition.

4. Processing Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or via bank transfer, depending on the payment method used. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

5. Sizing Issues

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit. We strongly encourage you to review the provided measurements and compare them to a similar item you already own before making a purchase.
